At PEOPLE OF OUR WORLD, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly while ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with orders placed on weekends or bank holidays being handled on the next working day. We ship orders within the UK using trusted couriers, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method chosen. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, and if tracking is available, a tracking link will be provided. Delivery times generally range from 5-7 business days, although these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, postal delays, or seasonal demand.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue with the courier. Any decisions regarding replacements or refunds for lost parcels will be made on a case-by-case basis once the courier’s investigation is complete.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging where applicable, and free from any marks, odours, or signs of wear. Items that fall under non-returnable categories, such as certain hygiene-sensitive products, may not be eligible for return. To start a return, you should contact us at info@poowmedia.com with your order number and reason for returning the item, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Unless your item is faulty or we have made an error, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit during return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a confirmed fault. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending anything back so we can check stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it. We may request photos of the issue to help us assess the situation. Once confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
